Warranty and Repair Information
AMTELCO XDS products carry a 12-month parts and labor warranty from the date of original shipment from AMTELCO. This warranty covers parts and board functions under recommended environments as stated in the technical documentation for each XDS board. Products outside of the original warranty period are subject to the current listed repair rates at the time of servicing. All XDS products sent to AMTELCO for repair are required to have an RMA number on the outside of the package for shipments to be accepted. RMA numbers can be obtained from AMTELCO at either of the above two phone numbers or e-mail addresses.
