AMTELCO Adds Voice Playback Library to the
XDS H.100 PCI T1/E1 Board
McFarland, WI – March 2004 – AMTELCO is pleased to announce
that a new Voice Playback Library has been added to the XDS H.100 PCI
T1/E1
board.
The
Voice Playback Library provides support for playing audio data on the
H.100 PCI T1/E1 board.
AMTELCO offers two XDS H.100 PCI T1/E1 boards; one with four spans,
and one with eight spans. The four span board supports four channels
of audio playback, and the eight span board supports eight channels
of audio playback. The audio playback can play either four or eight
channels of messages or announcements of unlimited lengths.
Currently supported audio playback formats include raw A-law, raw µ-law,
raw ADPCM, and A-law and µ-law in WAV format. The Voice Playback
Library is supported in various operating systems. Contact AMTELCO
