AMTELCO Announces NEW XDS H.110 CompactPCI 16-Port and XDS H.100 PCI 8-Port E&M Line Interface Boards

McFarland, WI - February 2002 - AMTELCO proudly announces the new XDS Infinity Series H.110 CompactPCI 16-Port and XDS H.100 PCI 8-Port E&M Line Interface boards. These two new boards are ideal for H.110 CompactPCI and H.100 PCI developers who require E&M interfacing to analog wireless transmitters, PBXs, and central offices.

These AMTELCO XDS E&M boards are configurable on a port-to-port basis in a 2 or 4-wire configuration, and come with Type I or Type V signaling. On-board DSPs provide DTMF detection, energy detection with call progress tones, and DTMF generation. In addition, these boards include Echo Suppression and Push-to-Talk interfacing for wireless applications. Windows® NT and UnixWare drivers are included.

AMTELCO XDS E&M boards utilize on-board intelligence to handle line control, and supervisory and tone signaling functions with minimal host intervention, making it possible for developers to use their valuable resources for their applications.
